Apollinaire offers a range of bespoke consultancy services for both the corporate and sport sectors. The underpinning philosophy is to make a difference to individuals and to the organisation, leaving both excited, changed and engaged in ongoing personal development. Consultancy servcies include:

• Executive coaching

  For a range of clients including Loughborough and Northumbria Universities, Rolls Royce, Glaxo Smith Kline, Environment Agency, Football Managers’ Association.

• Resource development

  Paper-based, audio, interactive and e-learning materials have been developed at all levels and including:

  • an interactive DVD on presentation skills for the Rugby Football Union
  • an audio CD on tutoring in a practical context for sportscoach UK
  • fact sheets for L1 and L2 coaches for Netball, Angling, Scottish Swimming
  • revision of safeguarding materials for The Football Association and for the England and Wales Cricket Board
  • sport for development materials for UK Sport in conjunction with Right to play.

• Meeting facilitation

  For a range of clients including UK Sport, Sport England, Youth Sport Trust, ECB elite officials.

• Learning programme development and delivery

  Led or contributed to the development of learning programmes for:

  • Level 1 coach education (eg for wrestling, athletics)
  • Level 2 coach education (eg for cricket, volleyball, angling) and Level 2 umpiring and scoring education for cricket
  • Level 3 coach education (eg for netball, judo, angling)
  • Level 4 coach education (eg for rugby, cricket)

  Apollinaire regularly assists with delivery for rugby and cricket level 4, judo and netball Level 3.

• Leadership and team-building

  Programmes developed (usually over a 6 month period) and delivered for a number of clients including:

  • Amateur Swimming Association to up-skill their national staff
  • Angling Development Board to develop regional staff
  • Leicestershire and Rutland Sport for selected personnel.

• Diagnostic and Coaching Skills

  Apollinaire personnel are able to offer various diagnostic tools such as Myers Briggs (MBTI) and have NLP practitioner skills that can be employed in a range of contexts.
